Instructions
1. In a deep dutch oven or heavy bottomed pot add all the ingredients. Stir together well. On high heat, bring to a boil.
2. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 12-14 minutes.
3. Remove lid, and stir.
Garnishes: crushed peanuts or cilantro
